I’ve no nails left as I watch election results. Most disappointing result this evening has been the Ohio senate race. Can’t believe my beloved Buckeyes actually elected the projected winner!
Jamie Harrison let us down there and in North Carolina. He made some very poor short-sighted decisions and seems to have cost the Democrats a pickup of two senate seats. Thus, he allowed the filibuster to continue, which affects reproductive rights, same sex marriage, and voting rights.
Thank goodness it still appears we have kept control of the Senate, and most likely the House.
Hope the DNC change him out for Stacey Abrams. She knows how to get out the vote and believes, rightfully so, the red states aren’t lost causes, and we can gain ground in blue states.
Give Stacey the job already!
