Photosource: https://thevillagereporter.com/minneapolis-police-station-torched-amid-george-floyd-protest/ Reading through all of the protest and riot news today, two things are stuck in my mind. One is how it appears those who want to start race wars and create anarchy are highjacking peaceful protests. The other is what one person said, “The fires are necessary.” This has left me confused and… Continue reading “The Fires are Necessary”
The hubby and I were talking a little earlier today about how fortunate we are right now in terms of our employment. We both have jobs in which we have been able to work from home. I’m still getting full pay, he is at 80%. During the Indiana hunkering down, we’ve been able to help… Continue reading Pay It Forward, and Backward

If they have said they liked something I’ve made in the past or if stated something was their favorite, that is what I’ve tried to make for them. Some of the items have been no-bake cookies, banana… Continue reading First Gluten-Free Baked Good

One of the reasons for moving back to the Midwest was to be closer to my family. I’d be able to drive over for… Continue reading I Miss My Family and Friends
